The Eldest Son Of Asri Welas, Rapper Ibam Launches Single Alone

JAKARTA - Little rapper Ibam released his debut single, Alone. Ibam is the eldest son of celebrity Asri Welas.

This song is taken from Ibam's experience of being bullied (bullying). Ibam created the lyrics himself, when he felt he wanted to vent his feelings from the experience of bullying.

“I made this song because I wanted to express the feelings I felt at school. I want to say that there are still people who care about you and never let other people bully you, ”said Ibam in an official statement received by VOI.

The man who is now 12 years old added that Alone is also a message for all who experience bullying to be able to face it positively and never give up.

In the process of working on the song Alone, Ibam was assisted by Dipta as a music composer. He also expressed his commitment to continue creating works that can inspire many people and continue his formal education.

Meanwhile, Asri Welas as a parent said he was proud of the release of the baby's first song. He said his son's interest in music started from his hobby of playing games and watching videos on YouTube.

Asri Welas said that his son often uploads rap covers of his favorite domestic and foreign singers. He also fully supports his son's decision to become a rap musician.

"Because this is what you want, there is no compulsion at all. Everything is done with fun. And I'm amazed because he could write his own lyrics and songs at such a young age, "said Asri Welas.
