JAKARTA - Nirina Zubir couldn't hold back his tears when he told the behavior of former domestic assistant (ART), Riri Khasmita, who was trusted by her mother to take care of the land certificate. To the media, Nirina explained that there were six land and building assets in the name of Cut Indria Marzuki's mother, whose names had been changed.

The details are two land certificates and four land and building certificates. Her mother's two land certificates have been sold to third parties. Meanwhile, Riri has pledged the four building assets to the Bank.

"(The land certificate) was exchanged with their names, then sold and used to open a Frozen chicken branch, which currently has five branches," he said when met in South Jakarta, Wednesday, November 17.

According to Nirina, Riri was assisted by three Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT) in the process of transferring names to properties located in the West Jakarta area. He regretted that there were parties from the notary who assisted in the embezzlement of assets by former household members.

Now, Nirina has reported a number of parties involved in the asset embezzlement process to Polda Metro Jaya. The report was made on behalf of his brother Fadhlan Karim at Polda Metro Jaya, with the report number LP/B/2844/VI/SPKT PMJ in June 2021 yesterday.

"It has been reported (related to the case of alleged embezzlement of assets) to the Polda Metro Jaya in June 2021. It has been running and some have been arrested," he explained to reporters in South Jakarta, Wednesday (17/11).

He explained, a total of five parties reported his family to the police. Those reported were Riri Khasmita as a former household member, Edrianto as the husband of the household member, and three Land Deed Officials (PPAT) on behalf of Farida, Ina Rosiana, and Erwin Riduan.

Based on Nirina Zubir's narrative, the five people who have been reported have now been designated as suspects by the police. In addition, the suspects named Riri Khasmita, Edrianto, and Farida have also been detained by the police.

"Three people have been carried out by BAP and detained, while two other people are unable to attend the examination and are also being processed for detention," he said.
