JAKARTA - Not wanting to run away from trouble, the family of Tubagus Joddy spoke up about the accident in Jombang, East Java that killed Vanessa Angel and Bibi. Joddy's father, Tubagus Endang Lesmana and the RT where Joddy lives, Rahmat Halim, spoke directly.

"I, the parents of Tubagus Joddy, express our deepest condolences for the death of Mbak Vanessa Angel and Mas Aunt Ardiansyah. For the negligence, the fault of our child, we apologize profusely to the family for the negligence of our child. We sincerely apologize to the people of Indonesia. for this incident," he said as quoted from Paragram Official, Monday, November 15.

Before speaking to the media, Tubagus Endang admitted that he had met Bibi's family in person and apologized. "Last Thursday, we visited Bibi's family, H Faisal accepted us. They were very kind. There were no demands from Bibi's family. The process followed the law," he recalled.

He hopes this incident will be a shared lesson, especially for vehicle drivers. "Hopefully this incident has a lesson, so that vehicle drivers are more careful. Because a little mistake can affect the lives of the passengers," he said.

Joddy's legal proceedings are currently under investigation. Joddy himself was detained at the Jombang Police Station. Not wanting to defend himself, he hoped that Joddy would gracefully follow all the legal processes.

"Joddy is ready to accept the legal process that must be followed. I was shocked, why did this happen. Then there was a spiritual shower, now he is more patient," he explained.

Jodi was detained in Jombang, which is a student city, according to Tubagus Endang, this could be a good thing. "I believe that in the city of santri, Jody can be better. So he can study his life there well," he hoped.

Even so, as a parent he couldn't hide his sadness because his son had caused an accident that claimed the lives of Vanessa Angel and Bibi. "Sad. Because I know what Joddy (the person) is like. According to parents it would be good but it's up to what people think. Joddy was educated well from childhood, there were no problems," said his father.
