JAKARTA - tvN aired the latest Korean drama titled Happiness on Friday, November 5. This drama stars Park Hyung Sik, Han Hyo Joo, and Jo Woo Jin. The audience has been waiting for their third appearance. So take a look at Happiness's synopsis below.

Happiness tells of a new virus outbreak that spreads throughout the city and an apartment that causes residents to be trapped in their homes. The various conflicts they experience must be faced in order to survive.

Jung Yi Hyun (Park Hyung Sik) is a police detective who usually takes care of violent cases. He was a baseball athlete but dropped out due to a knee injury. With her position, she tries to look after the residents of the apartment.

Yoon Sae Bom (Han Hyo Joo) lives in a difficult situation but she wants to find justice for herself. Yoon Sae Bom is an agent of the Police Special Forces that fights terrorism.

Han Tae Seok (Jo Woo Jin) is an agent who is also serving in the military. After graduating, he became an executive in a pharmaceutical company. Many blamed Han Tae Seok because he was suspected of being the mastermind behind the spread of this virus.

Happiness was produced by director Ahn Gil Ho, who previously worked on Record of Youth in 2020. The story was written by Han Sang Woon who wrote WATCHER, The Good Wife, and SPY.

Even though the title is Happiness, this drama shows the struggle of people who want to survive in the midst of an epidemic.
