JAKARTA - In recent years, online health consultations have become the main choice of the community, especially during the transitional season such as transitions.

The increasing awareness of the importance of early detection and the ease of access through digital platforms encourages many people to take advantage of remote medical consultation services, especially related to mild complaints or general illness.

One of the digital health platforms, Halodoc noted an increase of up to 20 percent in the number of consultations related to general diseases during the transition season. Complaints that often appear include flu, headaches, coughs, runny noses, and symptoms of seasonal allergies.

This increase shows that people are increasingly proactive in maintaining their health, even before conditions become serious.

Not only from the consultation side, the demand for health products such as vitamins and supplements has also experienced a significant increase. The increase in purchases reached more than 15 percent, as a form of preventive effort to maintain body resistance during erratic weather changes.

Other services such as vaccinations and the provision of vitamin boosters also show positive growth.

In the past year, the number of users who take advantage of vaccination services has increased dramatically, even up to five times. This enthusiasm is not only seen in individual form, but also collectively, with an increase of up to 38 percent for vaccination orders in groups.
