JAKARTA - Free Health Check (CKG) as a gift for people whose birthday has officially started on Monday, February 10, 2025. This program was launched so that people can check their health status and detect the risk of preventable disease early.
Since its start, the CKG program has immediately received attention from the World Health Organization (WHO). WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus praised the CKG program through his personal X account, @DrTedros.
"The great initiative of the Minister of Health #Indonesia Budi Gunadi Sadikin and @KemenkesRI, health is the best gift for all citizens," wrote Tedros, quoted on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
Tedros then represented WHO as suggesting that the government of other countries imitate the CKG Indonesia program. Especially this program was created to detect preventable diseases early so as not to have a fatal impact on society.
"We call on all countries to invest in disease prevention and early detection. #HealthForAll," he concluded.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian Ministry of Health also strongly recommends that people take part in the CKG program for the sake of mutual health. To register for CKG, it can be done in the ONESEHAT Mobile application.
For those who do not access the application, registration can be done via WhatsApp with the number 081110500567. The chatbot feature on that number will guide the public in registering CKG easily.
