The Ministry of Public Works handles 90 physical work packages, with 78 packages completed and 12 packages in the construction process, as well as strategic projects that are underway, including the construction of the IKN toll road, the duplication of the short-span Balang Island Bridge, and a number of other supporting roads.
The Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning manages 12 development packages, of which 11 packages have been completed and one construction phase package, namely the construction of a multi-apartment for low-income people who have been relocated to support the development of the IKN area.
"The private investment scheme, to date, 67 business actors have signed cooperation agreements (PKS)," he said, of which nine projects have been completed, and six projects are entering the construction phase.
The six projects are the Gunadarma Nusantara University Campus, Abdi Waluyo Hospital, Teras by Plataran, Apartment PT Star Bright International Investment, Mixed Area PT Fajar Maju Karya Gemilang, and Apartment PT Dian Jaya Indonesia.
