JAKARTA - Bank Raya continues to strengthen the adoption of digital banking services through various customer loyalty programs.

As part of this strategy, the digital bank which is part of the BRI Group presents the Raya Point Auction program which offers various electronic products at affordable prices for customers.

The program, which works with Dinomarket, provides a variety of products ranging from smartphones, smart TVs, laptops, tablets, smartwatches to household electronic devices.

Payments in the auction program are made using the Bank Raya Visa Debit Digital Card.

Bank Raya Business Director, Kicky Andrie Davetra said, this program is an expansion of the Raya Point customer loyalty ecosystem which aims to increase engagement while encouraging customer digital transaction activities.

"This Raya Point auction will certainly add to the excitement of the Raya Point program with various rewards that are presented and can become a momentum that is awaited by Bank Raya customers throughout Indonesia," said Kicky through a press statement received by VOI, Thursday, June 18.

Customers can collect Raya Points through various transaction activities on the Raya Application, such as opening an account and initial deposit, BI-Fast transfer, e-wallet top up, QRIS payment, to increasing the average monthly balance. Points collected can be exchanged for various prizes or auction vouchers.

Since its launch in May 2026, the program has received a positive response from customers.

A number of products such as a 43-inch Smart TV, shopping vouchers worth Rp1 million, air purifiers, and precious metals have been successfully auctioned at attractive prices.

According to Kicky, the high customer participation shows that loyalty programs based on digital transactions are still one of the effective instruments for increasing the use of digital banking services.

Bank Raya will hold the Raya Point Auction every first week of the month until January 2027 as part of efforts to expand digital financial inclusion and increase customer transaction frequency through the Raya Application.
