JAKARTA - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has reopened opportunities for the public to improve their skills and work competitiveness through the National Vocational Training Batch 2. Registration is open from May 19 to June 9, 2026 with a choice of 24 vocations prepared according to the needs of the labor market and industry.
Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, said vocational training is one of the strategic steps to accelerate the readiness of the community through practice-based learning.
"This vocational training is a fast track for people to be immediately ready for work. With a relatively short time, participants not only get theoretical learning, but also practical skills that are really needed in the field," Yassierli said in a written statement, Saturday, May 30.
According to him, the implementation of Batch 2 is also aimed at expanding access to training evenly for people in various regions.
To maintain the quality of graduates, each training program is supported by adequate facilities and guided directly by competent instructors according to their respective fields. Participants who graduate will also receive Training Certificates and Competency Certificates from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
The available vocations include Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Manufacturing, Electronics, Welding, Electricity, Automotive, Refrigeration, Construction, Creative Industries, Fashion Technology, Business and Management, Beauty Management, Language, Tourism, Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, Forestry, Mining, Agricultural Mechanization, Agroindustrial Processing Technology, Social and Community Services, Training Technology, and Productivity.
