The Ministry of PU and PTPP Completes the Construction Project of 69 SPPG Points in 15 Provinces in 37 Days, Supporting the MBG Program

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a national construction and investment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting national strategic programs through the completion of the 2025 Fiscal Year 3-Year Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit Building (SPPG) Development Project, which is part of the Ministry of Public Works (Kemen PU) infrastructure support for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program funded through the State Budget (APBN).

This project with a contract value of IDR 507.80 billion was successfully completed within 37 calendar days, starting from November 25, 2025 with a 100% progress achievement. This project includes the construction of 69 locations spread across 15 provinces in Indonesia, namely Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku, North Maluku, and Papua.

The construction of this SPPG facility is part of the government's efforts to support the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, which aims to provide facilities for the production of hygienic, standardized, and efficient food. This facility is expected to be able to meet the nutritional needs of the community, especially children and vulnerable groups, so that it can contribute to reducing malnutrition and stunting, increasing concentration and learning achievements, as well as reducing the economic burden of the family.

In its implementation, PTPP prioritizes various innovations to ensure that the project can be completed quickly and with quality. One of the main innovations applied is the use of a modular construction system, which allows for the acceleration of construction at various locations simultaneously.

In addition, PTPP also implements a digital-based monitoring progress dashboard. This system is able to generate various important information in real time, ranging from progress at each location, monitoring material delivery, field personnel data, labor force, daily reports, to documentation of project developments in the field.

The uniqueness of this project lies in its wide and scattered coverage area, so it requires an adaptive project management strategy, strong cross-regional coordination, and consistent quality control at every point of development.

Deputy Minister of Public Works, Diana Kusumastuti, also appreciated the completion of this project.

"Alhamdulillah it's finished neatly, then handed over and used. Thank you," he said.

PTPP Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, said that this success is proof of the company's ability to work on large-scale projects with very limited time.

"PTPP is proud to be able to contribute to supporting the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program as part of efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources. This project is also in line with the national priority agenda in the Asta Cita, especially in encouraging the improvement of quality of human resources and inclusive and equitable development in various regions," he said, in a written statement, Wednesday, April 22.

Furthermore, the construction of this SPPG is expected to provide a multiplier effect for the local economy, ranging from labor absorption, empowerment of MSMEs, to increased demand for food from local farmers and business actors.

"The success of the completion of this project in a short time is inseparable from the synergy of all parties as well as the implementation of construction and digitalization innovations that we have done," said Joko.

In the future, PTPP will continue to be committed to presenting infrastructure development that is not only oriented towards physical aspects, but also provides real social impact for the wider community.
