He continued, the closure of Internet Banking services was carried out gradually. Starting April 21, 2026, BNI will restrict access to some customers, before finally stopping the service completely on May 4, 2026.
BNI urges customers to immediately migrate by downloading and activating the wondr by BNI application through the Play Store and App Store so that they can still access digital banking services without interruption.
Meanwhile, for customers who use a current account as a source of transaction funds, BNI provides an alternative through the BNIdirect Bisnis service which is designed to support the needs of business transactions more comprehensively.
During the transition period, BNI ensures full support through various service channels, ranging from call centers, branch offices, to official information channels. The company also emphasizes that all customer data and transaction histories remain safe in accordance with applicable banking security standards.
