"Pertamina Patra Niaga has asked the SPBE to provide the best treatment for the affected victims, including ensuring that the handling of complaints from affected people is carried out properly and optimally," he said in a statement to the media, Thursday, April 2.
He also asked the public to remain calm and not panic buying over this incident.
