Area Manager Communications, Relations & CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional West Java, Susanto August Satria, said his party had prepared a Regular Alternative Emergency (RAE) scheme with the support of supplies from the nearest SPBE, namely SPBE PT Kenrope Sarana Pratama which is 5.8 km away, then SPBE PT Pacific Sumber Segara which is 7.1 km away and SPBE PT Dharma Wira Sentosa which is 7.9 km away.
"Pertamina Patra Niaga has asked the SPBE to provide the best treatment for the affected victims, including ensuring that the handling of complaints from affected people is carried out properly and optimally," he said in a statement to the media, Thursday, April 2.
He also asked the public to remain calm and not panic buying over this incident.
"Because it has been provided with a substitute supply point for SPBE to continue to serve the community," he continued.
