JAKARTA - PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCI), a leading data center infrastructure provider in Indonesia, recorded revenue of IDR 2.54 trillion in the 2025 fiscal year, growing 40.1 percent year-on-year. This achievement was conveyed at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today Monday, March 30.

One of the Company's achievements in 2025 is that the JK6 data center, located at the H1 Cibitung Campus, has been fully operational with a capacity of 36 MW. In addition, the Company has also completed the construction of the E2 Surabaya Data Center with an IT capacity of 9 MW which began operating commercially in the first quarter of 2026.

The presence of this facility expands the geographical reach of the Company's data center platform, which is now spread across four strategic locations, namely Cibitung (H1), Karawang (H2), Jakarta (E1), and Surabaya (E2), as well as strengthening national digital connectivity, especially for eastern Indonesia. The addition of capacity in Surabaya is the first step in the Company's expansion to continue to expand the data center platform in Indonesia in the future.

This development is in line with the acceleration of national digital transformation, where the equalization of data center infrastructure is the foundation for inclusive economic growth. Seeing the potential of Surabaya as a connectivity node for the eastern part of Indonesia, the Company began developing a data center platform in this city early through the E2 Data Center Surabaya, which also presents redundancy to Jakarta and supports the needs of low-latency traffic.

Going forward, the Company will continue to increase capacity in Surabaya in line with market demand, while maintaining world-class data center operational standards, consistent reliability, and time-to-market advantages as the Company's main differentiation in the industry.

The solid operational performance is reflected in the 2025 financial performance where the Company recorded revenue of IDR 2.54 trillion, up 40.1 percent from the previous period. EBITDA was recorded at IDR 1.55 trillion with a margin of 61.0 percent, while net profit reached IDR 1.002 trillion, an increase of 25.7 percent year-on-year. Total assets of the Company increased to IDR 6.65 trillion, with total equity of IDR 4.00 trillion. This growth demonstrates the discipline of expansion execution and optimization of capacity utilization.

Director of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary of PT DCI Indonesia Tbk, Indri Koesindrijastoeti stated, throughout 2025, the Company has proven its ability to execute expansion quickly and measurably. The completion of E2 Surabaya further strengthens the capacity and data center platform of the Company.

"Solid revenue and profitability growth reflects operational efficiency and time-to-market advantages that we have consistently maintained. In the future, the Company will continue to develop a global standard data center infrastructure to support the needs of AI, cloud, and high-density computing in Indonesia," he explained.

In 2026, the Company will continue to develop the DCI Platform through capacity expansion with a fast time-to-market and consistently maintaining operational reliability. The Company's data center infrastructure is designed to support AI workloads, high-density computing, and data-based automation in line with the increasing demand for cloud and the use of artificial intelligence in Indonesia.
