JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI ensures that the community's transaction needs are still served during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah holiday by implementing limited operational services at a number of branch offices. This step is taken to maintain the smoothness of important community transactions in the midst of the national holiday period.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that the limited operational service was part of BNI's commitment to continue to serve customer needs, especially during important moments such as the Lebaran holiday.

"This limited operational service is prepared so that the public can still carry out important banking transactions during the Idul Fitri holiday period," Okki said in a written statement, Wednesday, March 11.

BNI has prepared 23 outlets that operate on a limited basis on March 20, 2026 and 32 outlets on March 23, 2026 with service hours starting from 10.00 to 12.00 local time.

Through this service, the public can still carry out various transactions such as Pertamina fuel deposit, Bulog deposit, state revenue, as well as deposit, withdrawal, and transfer services between BNI accounts with a maximum limit of IDR 25 million per account per day.

In addition to services at branch offices, BNI also ensures operational support for transaction needs during the Lebaran holiday period. The company has prepared O-Branch or BNI Mobile services which are placed at a number of strategic points to reach the community, especially in areas where there are no ATM facilities or BNI CRM.

Okki emphasized that the provision of this service is a manifestation of BNI's commitment to serve customers wholeheartedly, even during the long holiday period.

"BNI continues to strive to ensure that the public continues to receive safe and convenient banking services. This is in line with our commitment to always be present and serve wholeheartedly for customers in various situations, including during the Lebaran holiday," explained Okki.

In addition to limited operational services, BNI also encourages the public to utilize the available 24-hour digital banking channels, such as the wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, and various other electronic banking services.

"We invite the public to use BNI's digital services which can be accessed anytime and anywhere to support the smooth transaction during the Lebaran holiday," said Okki.

Through a combination of limited branch office services, banking service cars, and digital channels that operate around the clock, BNI hopes that the public will still be able to meet various transaction needs easily, safely, and comfortably during the Idulfitri holiday.
