On the non-toll road, a buffer zone leading to Bakauheni and BBJ Muara Pilu is prepared at the Gayam Agribisnis Terminal, RM Gunung Jati, RM Tiga Saudara, the Old Agriculture Quarantine Office, the PT SMA special terminal port, and in front of the gate of PT BBJ Muara Pilu.
"The implementation of the delaying system towards Bakauheni and BBJ Muara Pilu is spread across 10 buffer zone points with a total parking capacity of up to 1,430 small vehicles. The implementation will start from March 13-29, 2026," said Aan.

The delaying system towards Gilimanuk is carried out at the Gilimanuk Cargo Terminal, with a special motorcycle buffer zone at the Gilimanuk Bus Terminal.
The Ministry of Transportation together with stakeholders also regulates the delaying system and buffer zone for operational restrictions on freight transportation. Towards Ketapang from the direction of Situbondo, the arrangement is made at the PT Pusri Warehouse area of Tanjung Wangi Port and Sritanjung Terminal, while from the direction of Jember at the Dermaga Bulusan parking lot.
For the purpose of Gilimanuk, a buffer zone is set in the Cargo Terminal, UPPKB Cekik, the access road to the Gilimanuk LCM Wharf, the Gilimanuk PDC PT Agung Automall, and the Suzuki Bali Main Warehouse.
