BP Adjusts Fuel Prices, All Types Down as of February 1

BP Indonesia officially lowered the selling price of fuel oil (BBM) which is valid starting February 1, 2026. This adjustment makes all types of BP fuel undergo a price reduction with varying amounts, ranging from Rp. 260 to Rp. 690 per liter.

Citing the company's official website, Sunday, February 1, the price reduction applies to all BP gas stations operating in the Jabodetabek and East Java regions.

The details, for BP 92 (RON 92) fuel, the price fell by Rp450 per liter to Rp12,050 from the previous Rp12,500 per liter.

Meanwhile, BP Ultimate (RON 95) experienced the largest decrease, namely Rp690 per liter, from Rp13,190 to Rp12,500 per liter.

In addition, BP Ultimate Diesel (CN 53) was also corrected with a decrease of Rp260 per liter, so that it is now sold at a price of Rp13,600 per liter from the previous Rp13,860 per liter.

The following is the list of BP fuel prices that are valid starting February 1, 2026:

BP 92 (RON 92): Rp12.050 per liter BP Ultimate (RON 95): Rp12.500 per liter BP Ultimate Diesel (CN 53): Rp13.600 per liter

Previously, Shell Indonesia officially lowered the selling price of all types of fuel oil (BBM) marketed in Indonesia starting February 1, 2026. This adjustment makes Shell fuel prices go down across the board, with the amount of reduction varying between Rp80 to Rp760 per liter.

Citing an official statement from the company released on Sunday, February 1, the price reduction is valid simultaneously in a number of regions, including Jakarta, Banten, West Java, and East Java.

For Shell Super (RON 92) fuel, the price decreased by Rp650 per liter to Rp12,050 from the previous Rp12,700 per liter.

Meanwhile, for Shell V-Power (RON 95) there was a decrease of Rp690 per liter, from Rp13,190 to Rp12,500 per liter.

The largest adjustment occurred in Shell V-Power Nitro+ (RON 98) which fell by Rp760 per liter. This fuel is now marketed at a price of Rp12,720 per liter, from the previous Rp13,480 per liter.

Meanwhile, Shell V-Power Diesel (CN 51) also experienced a price correction, albeit relatively small, namely a decrease of Rp80 per liter to Rp13,600 from the previous Rp13,860 per liter.
