516.02 Million Telkom Shares Transferred from Danantara m to BP BUMN

JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk announced the transfer of Series B shares which were previously under the management of PT Danantara Asset Management (DAM) to the State-Owned Enterprise Regulation Agency (BP BUMN).

The announcement was made through the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

This transfer includes 516,023,535 Series B shares, equivalent to 0.52 percent of TLKM's shareholding. The shares were transferred at a nominal value of Rp50 per share.

SVP Corporate Secretary of Telkom Indonesia, Jati Widagdo explained that the transfer was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law (UU) number 16 of 2025 on the fourth amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning SOEs.

"This change has also been recorded in the Company's Shareholder List as of January 6, 2026," wrote Jati as quoted from Telkom's letter of explanation, Wednesday, January 7.

With this transaction, the State of the Republic of Indonesia through the Head of BP BUMN now holds the controlling stake (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) of Telkom Indonesia with a holding of 1 share of Series A Dwiwarna with special rights.

For information, before the transfer was carried out, DAM was recorded as owning 51,602,353,559 Series B shares or 52.09 percent of Telkom's ownership. After the transfer, DAM's ownership was reduced to 51,086,330,024 Series B shares or equivalent to 51.57 percent.
