JAKARTA - PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) recorded a total value of corporate action distributions throughout 2025 reaching IDR 464 trillion.

KSEI President Director Samsul Hidayat revealed that the distribution was carried out through thousands of corporate actions based on instructions from 911 issuers to securities holders in the capital market.

He explained that until November 28, 2025, KSEI had realized as many as 7,048 corporate actions and from that number, distribution in the form of profit sharing was carried out 1,420 times, while the principal repayment was recorded as many as 574 times.

In addition, Samsul said that the distribution of dividends throughout 2025 reached 453 times and KSEI also recorded 783 other corporate actions, as well as the payment of bond interest which was carried out 3,818 times.

"The corporate actions that have been carried out or have been carried out by KSEI at the instruction or at the order of the issuer are 7,048 corporate actions, with a total value of Rp. 464 trillion and it has been distributed to its owners in the form of revenue sharing 1,420 times, in the form of principal repayment 574 times, dividends 453 times, others 783 times, and the payment of bond interest 3,818 times," he said in a Media Briefing, Tuesday, December 23.

He explained that regarding the book entry settlement system which manages all securities in the Indonesian capital market, KSEI noted that there were approximately 3,575 securities currently recorded and administered in the system.

In terms of assets under management (AUM) on the S-Invest system, the value of managed funds recorded has reached IDR 979 trillion which comes from 2,317 registered investment products.

"Asset under management at S-Invest has reached Rp. 979 trillion and consists of 2,317 investment products, of which there are money market funds of around 9 percent, equity funds of 10 percent, fixed income of 12 percent, capital protected funds of 14 percent, discretionary funds of 40 percent, and others 1 percent," he concluded.
