PTPP Wins 'Informative' Award for Two Consecutive Years, Emphasizing Commitment to Transparency and Sustainable Governance

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a national construction and investment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, once again confirmed its commitment to the implementation of good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance/GCG) through public information disclosure. In 2025, PTPP again achieved the "Informative" qualification in the results of the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Public Information Disclosure, and marked the second consecutive year that the company has obtained the highest rating.

The "Informative" predicate is the highest level of assessment in Monev Public Information Disclosure, which reflects the ability of public bodies to provide transparent, accurate, timely, and easily accessible information to the public. This achievement shows PTPP's consistency in meeting the provisions of the applicable regulations as well as strengthening public confidence in the company.

PTPP Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, said that this achievement was the result of strengthening the public communication system and information governance which was carried out continuously.

"This Informative rating is a form of recognition for the company's ongoing efforts to strengthen the public communication system, improve the quality of information services, and build the trust of stakeholders, including investors, business partners, and the general public," said Joko, in a written statement, Monday, December 22.

Furthermore, Joko explained that openness of information is not only a regulatory obligation, but has become part of the company's culture in supporting credible and sustainable decision-making. PTPP is continuously strengthening public communication channels, both through corporate information disclosure, performance publication, to providing responsive and measurable information access.

This achievement is also in line with PTPP's commitment to supporting the Government's Asta Cita, especially in the agenda of strengthening clean, transparent, and accountable government and BUMN governance. As a national construction BUMN, PTPP considers information openness as an important foundation for creating a healthy business climate, increasing public confidence, and encouraging national competitiveness.
