JAKARTA - Jasa Marga recorded as many as 519,878 vehicles leaving the Jabotabek area during the H-7 to H-5 Christmas holiday period which fell in the period from Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 06.00 WIB to Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 06.00 WIB.

"This figure is the cumulative number of traffic flows (lalin) from four Main Toll Gates (GT), namely the Cikupa GT (heading towards Merak), the Ciawi GT (heading towards Puncak), the Cikampek Utama GT (heading towards Trans Java) and the Kalihurip Utama GT (heading towards Bandung)," said Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono in his statement in Jakarta, Sunday.

The total volume of vehicles leaving the Jabotabek area increased by 7.1 percent compared to normal traffic (485,592 vehicles) in the same period. When compared to the Christmas period 2024, the total volume of traffic increased by 6.0 percent (490,621 vehicles).

For the distribution of traffic leaving Jabotabek from the three directions, the majority of 233,647 vehicles (45.0 percent) headed east (Trans Java and Bandung), 159,296 vehicles (30.6 percent) headed west (Merak), and 126,935 vehicles (24.4 percent) headed south (Puncak).

Lalin left Jabotabek towards Trans Java via GT Cikampek Utama Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, with a total of 115,028 vehicles, an increase of 17.9 percent from normal traffic.

For the lalin leaving Jabotabek towards Bandung via GT Kalihurip Utama Cipularang Toll Road, with a total of 118,619 vehicles, an increase of 10.5 percent from the normal lalin.

The total traffic leaving Jabotabek towards Trans Java and Bandung through the two GTs was 233,647 vehicles, an increase of 14.0 percent from normal traffic.

Lalin left Jabotabek towards Merak via GT Cikupa The Tangerang-Merak Toll Road is 159,296 vehicles, an increase of 3.9 percent from normal traffic.

Meanwhile, the number of vehicles leaving Jabotabek towards Puncak via GT Ciawi Jagorawi Toll Road was 126,935 vehicles, 0.3 percent lower than normal.
