JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) recorded the distribution of Home Ownership Loans for Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities (KPR FLPP) throughout 2025 has reached 182,952 units.
Based on data from the National Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), the total distribution of FLPP mortgages nationwide for the period of December 19, 2025 reached 263,017 units worth Rp32.67 trillion from 39 distributing banks, 22 housing developer associations and supported by 7,998 developers.

Meanwhile, BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu said that subsidized mortgages are still the company's main portfolio and continue to record positive growth.
He added that to accelerate distribution, BTN plans to expand cooperation with various institutions, companies, and institutions to provide integrated banking services, including subsidized mortgage financing for employees or members of partner institutions.
Nixon added that starting in 2026, BTN will be more active in creating demand by identifying potential borrowers from various sectors, such as educational institutions and community organizations.
He said that through this strategy, BTN hopes to accelerate the distribution of subsidized mortgages by connecting prospective debtors and housing developers.
"For example, we have received a commitment that the need for subsidized mortgages for Muhammadiyah teachers will be served by BTN. There must be many similar potentials with various other institutions. With this effort, BTN can recommend potential subsidized mortgage debtors to developers so that they can further accelerate the distribution of subsidized mortgages," he said.
For information, out of a total of 50,030 contracts, 300 were carried out directly at the Pondok Banten Indah Housing, while the other 49,730 contracts were carried out online by 39 banks at 110 points spread across various regions.
