Telkom Reorganizes Directors And Commissioners, Honesti Basyir Removed From Wholesale Director

JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has reshuffled the ranks of the Board of Commissioners and Directors. The reshuffle was decided at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held today, Friday, December 12.

Based on information received by VOI, in the board of directors, Honesti Basyir was removed from the Director of Wholesale & International Service. Honesti was replaced by Budi Satria Dharma Purba.

For your information, previously Budi Satria Dharma Purba was the President Director (Managing Director) of Telkom International (TELIN), a subsidiary of Telkom.

Meanwhile, on the board of commissioners, Rofikoh Rokhim was appointed as the company's Independent Commissioner. He replaced Yohanes Surya who resigned on November 20, 2025.

Currently, Rofikoh is also the Deputy President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). He also has the background of Professor of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Indonesia.
