JAKARTA - PT Hutama Panorama Sitinjak Lauik (HPSL) signed a Syndicate Financing Agreement for the Panorama I Flyover KPBU Project (Lauik I Review) in Jakarta, December 11, 2025.

At least, there are three state-owned banks that are involved in financing the project, including PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a guarantee agent and provider of financing facilities, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a facility agent, shelter agent/escrow and provider of financing facilities and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk as a provider of financing facilities.

Then, there is PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) as a provider of financing facilities; as well as PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk and Bank Nagari as providers of conventional and sharia financing facilities.

Director of PT Hutama Panorama Sitinjak Lauik Michael Arthur Paulus Rumenser said the signing of the syndicated financing was a crucial step, marking the seriousness of all parties in realizing the infrastructure that road users and logistics actors have long needed in West Sumatra (West Sumatra).

"With this syndicated financing structure, HPSL has a stronger basis for entering the construction phase and ensuring the project runs according to plan," Michael said in a written statement, quoted Friday, December 12.

The signing of the syndicated financing agreement confirms that PT Hutama Panorama Sitinjak Lauik has entered an important stage towards the acceleration phase of the Panorama I Flyover construction.

He considered that the project would be a vital infrastructure that connects Padang City and Solok City, two major growth centers in West Sumatra.

"Flyovers are designed as a solution to the extreme conditions of Sitinjak Lauik, especially sharp bends and steep slopes which have been accident-prone points and one of the main obstacles to logistical flow," he said.

Meanwhile, the Governor of West Sumatra Province Mahyeldi Ansharullah said that the construction of the Panorama I Flyover with an investment value of around Rp. 2.79 trillion was an urgent need to strengthen inter-regional connectivity, improve road users' safety and accelerate post-disaster economic recovery.

"We view this project as one of the important nodes in strengthening West Sumatra's logistics and tourism networks," he said.

For this reason, he expressed his appreciation for the signing of the syndicated financing.

"The signing of the syndicated financing agreement for the Panorama I KPBU Flyover project is an important milestone in accelerating the development of strategic infrastructure in West Sumatra, as well as a tangible manifestation of collaboration between the government, BUMN and the national banking sector," he added.
