JAKARTA - The 2025 MediaMIND Journalistic Work Competition officially closed with the final judging process being completed, on December 8, 2025. The increase in the number of works in the fourth year of MediaMIND has shown public attention and support for the mining sector and the MIND ID Group strategic initiative.
Meanwhile, the total that has entered since the competition opened on July 11, 2025 to November 25, 2025, reached 794 works, or an increase of 32 percent compared to the 2024 MediaMIND which collected 603 works.
Interestingly, the biggest increase actually came from the public category and students, especially in the work of social media content.
Both are markers that the public is also an optimizable part in strengthening the creation of added value in the mining industry going forward.
In the media category, infographics becomes one of the categories with significant growth. It illustrates that media now has a more innovative way of presenting facts visually, densely, and easily understood.
MIND ID Corporate Secretary, Main Man, expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of participants from various circles, both journalists, students, and the general public.
According to Men, increased participation from various groups shows that MediaMIND is not only a competition, but also a creative dialogue space between industry, media and the public.
The increase in the number of works shows that public concern for the future of the mining sector is so high. This is not just a number, but a collective energy that encourages us to continue to move forward to build up the future," said the man.
Men emphasize MIND ID is committed to keeping MediaMIND as a credible, transparent, and inclusive forum. All works of MediaMIND 2025 have been assessed by involving judges independent of media, creators, and professionals.
