Budget Realization Of The Ministry Of ATR/BPN Capai IDR 4.79 Trillion Until September 2025

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid reported that the realization of the budget of the Ministry of ATR/BPN until the end of September 2025 had reached Rp4.79 trillion.

This was conveyed by Nusron in a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission II of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, November 24.

Nusron explained, based on the DIPA Ceiling in 2025, the Ministry of ATR/BPN received a budget of Rp6.97 trillion and there was a blocking of budget efficiency of Rp578 billion. Thus, the total effective ceiling of the Ministry of ATR/BPN is Rp6.39 trillion.

"Based on a report from the Bureau of Finance, the absorption of the budget of the Ministry of ATR/BPN until the end of the third quarter, it means that in September it is IDR 4.79 trillion or if it is made a percentage of 75.01 percent," said Nusron.

Nusron detailed that the realization of the budget was used for management support of Rp4.03 trillion, land management and services of Rp721.4 billion and for the implementation of spatial arrangements worth Rp38.98 billion.

"Then the lowest is the Spatial Planning Program. From the total ceiling of Rp. 151.4 billion, it became an effective ceiling of Rp. 107.23 billion, the realization was only Rp. 38.987 billion or 36.36 percent, bringing the total to 75 percent," he said.

He projected, until the end of 2025, the realization of the budget of the Ministry of ATR/BPN could reach 98 percent.

"Well, we project that until around December 31, 2025, based on the foreplay we have done, we have seen that each posture and potential expenditure in each work unit is up to a maximum of 98 percent," explained Nusron.

"So, it will not reach 100 percent, because it is also impossible to reach 100 percent," he added.
