Holding Recruitment, Green SM Immediately Registers Drivers As BPJS Employment Participants

JAKARTA Green SM, an electric taxi service from Vietnam that has started expanding in Indonesia since December 2024, held a Driver Recruitment Day at the Green SM Headquarters, Jakarta. The activity, which was led directly by the Director of Operations Green SM, Yudha Lesmana, managed to attract around 300 prospective drivers.

In this activity, in addition to the selection and interview process, Green SM also opened a special booth for registration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJSTK) for drivers and prospective drivers. This step confirms the company's commitment to providing social security protection since the first day drivers joined.

The head of the Jamsostek Tower Branch, Iksarudin, who was also present at the event, expressed his appreciation for Green SM's initiative.

We really appreciate Green SM for proactively inviting prospective drivers to register for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan from the start. This shows that the company is serious about ensuring the welfare and protection of work for its drivers. Today alone, we have registered hundreds of prospective drivers directly at the booth," he said, and in a written statement, Wednesday, November 19.

Yudha Lesmana added that this massive recruitment is part of Green SM's aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia, especially in the Jakarta area and its surroundings. With a fleet of 100 percent electric vehicles, Green SM offers environmentally friendly services as well as attractive income opportunities for drivers.
