PT APG Westkampar Indonesia's Oil Production Reaches 1,011 Barrels/Day In October 2025

PT APG Westkampar Indonesia (PT APGWI) noted that at the end of October 2025, the company managed to produce 1,011 barrels of oil per day (BOPD).

This achievement shows a remarkable improvement over the early days of well reactivation in 2023, when production was still around 150 200 BOPD.

This achievement is the result of the hard work of all teams in the field and full support from all stakeholders. We continue to be committed to managing the West Kampar Block efficiently and sustainably," said the general manager of PT APGWI, Mohammad Yasin, in a statement quoted on Sunday, November 02.

The increase in production is inseparable from the production improvement strategy carried out by PT APGWI through the new wells drilling program. By the end of October 2025, the company has completed drilling five (5) new wells, all of which show positive and productive results.

"The challenge at the beginning of the operation was very heavy where the Pendalian Field, including the Remote Area and Oil shipping of PT APGWI, also used trucking through a fairly heavy track but with time running, all obstacles can be resolved and Alhamdulillah, we are currently able to produce oil exceeding 1000 BOPD," he said.

Director of PT APGWI Adi Prasetyana also expressed his gratitude for the production achievements of PT APGWI which have reached 111 BOPD as of October 2025.

"We are optimistic that the performance that continues to improve in the production of PT APGWI will increase in the future, especially with the massive drilling that we will carry out in 2025 until the end of 2026," said Adi Prasetyana.

In addition, PT APGWI also continues to maintain production facilities, implement efficient technology, and improve the competence of human resources to ensure operational sustainability and production security.

Head of the SKK Migas Program and Communication Division, Heru Setyadi, said that the success of PT APGWI in increasing the production of the West Kampar Block is clear evidence of the spirit and contribution of the KKKS in supporting national production targets.
