JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI noted that it has distributed more than 109,000 subsidized housing loans (KPR) with a total value of IDR 17 trillion until September 2025.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said BNI played an active role in helping the government realize President Prabowo Subianto's vision to provide decent, affordable, and sustainable housing for all levels of society, especially the MBR group.

According to Okki, in 2025 BNI will receive an additional quota for the distribution of subsidized mortgages through the housing financing liquidity facility (FLPP) scheme from the government.
This quota increased significantly from 10,750 units to 25,000 units, which showed the government's high confidence in BNI's performance and consistency in supporting the national housing program.
