Ministry Of Manpower Announces 1,500 Participants Passed Batch I National Handling Program Wave 2

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has determined around 1,500 participants who passed the Batch I Wave 2 Year 2025 National Handling Program. This determination was made after participants participated in the selection process and the company proposed a apprenticeship participant.

"Today we set around 1,500 participants in Batch I Wave 2 as part of the fulfillment of the target of 20,000 participants in Batch I," said Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi, Thursday, October 23.

Cris explained that participants will undergo six months of apprenticeship and will receive pocket money equivalent to the Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK). In addition, participants also receive Employment Social Security protection, which includes Work Accident Insurance (JKK) and Death Security (JKM).

Participants will also be directly guided by the company's mentors and get a apprenticeship certificate after completing the program.

"This national apprenticeship program is the first to be run under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto," added Cris.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Manpower Planning and Development Agency (Barenbang) of the Ministry of Manpower, Anwar Sanusi, reminded participants who passed to immediately complete the apprenticeship administration. First, participants are required to complete bank account data. The account used must be from one of the following banks: BNI, BRI, Mandiri, BTN, or BSI. Second, participants are required to sign a apprenticeship agreement with the organizing company and upload it to the internhub.kemnaker.go.id page.

"So we remind you again, participants who have passed must complete bank account data and upload an apprenticeship agreement as part of the implementation of this National Apprentice Program," concluded Anwar.
