JAKARTA - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing Branch continues to strengthen services to participants, by opening a special booth at PT Amos Indah Indonesia. This Booth is focused on introducing the Mandiri Social Security (JMO) application, resolving participant data constraints, as well as in-depth education on BPJS Employment programs and benefits.

This initiative aims to increase the accessibility and understanding of workers to their social protection rights. According to the latest data, as many as 92 percent of the workforce at PT Amos Indah Indonesia has actively used the JMO application.

This application allows participants to monitor membership, submit claims, and access information on benefits digitally, thus supporting service efficiency and transparency.

Head of the Jakarta Cilincing BPJS Employment Branch Office, Rita Mariana, expressed her appreciation for the company's commitment.

"We really appreciate the dedication of PT Amos Indah Indonesia in ensuring that all of its workforce is optimally protected through the BPJS Employment program. This is a good example for other companies in the North Jakarta area to continue to support the implementation of inclusive and sustainable participation," said Rita Mariana, Friday, October 17.

A total of 467 workers at PT Amos Indah Indonesia have been registered and protected by the BPJS Employment program, including old-age insurance (JHT), work accident guarantees (JKK), Death Security (JKM), Pension Security (JP) and Job Loss Guarantee (JKP). This reflects the company's compliance with Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS, which requires social protection for all workers.

During the January 2024 to August 2025 period, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has distributed benefits of IDR 3.1 billion in the form of benefits of JHT and JKK to the workers of PT Amos Indah Indonesia.

"This benefit payment shows our commitment to providing real protection. We encourage more companies to take advantage of the JMO so that the claim process is faster and easier, so that the workforce can focus on productivity without worrying about social risks," Rita hoped.

This service booth initiative is expected to be replicated in other companies, in order to achieve the universal membership target in the employment sector.
