JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu Dan Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tb (SIDO) has again carried out the Company's share buyback.

SIDO's management in a written statement Monday, September 22, said that SIDO prepared funds of Rp56 billion for share buyback which is the remaining buyback fee in accordance with Information's Openness on March 20, 2025, excluding the intermediary fees for Ctan securities. other costs related to the Purchase of Shares.

The estimated number of shares to be repurchased is approximately 0.35% or approximately 103,703,000 shares of the total shares issued by the Company at a maximum price of IDR 760 per share.

This corporate action was carried out with the consideration that the current price of the Company's shares does not reflect a reasonable price based on the performance of the Company and SIDO plans to store the shares that have been bought back as treasury shares and can at any time transfer the shares that have been bought back in accordance with Article 14 POJK No. 13/2023

The share repurchase will take place within 3 months, namely from September 23, 2025 to December 22, 2025 and PT Mandiri Sekuritas is appointed to buy back.

SIDO can stop the implementation of the Purchase of Shares, based on its own considerations in the event that conditions such as the Purchase of Shares have reached the purchase of all targeted shares and a period of 3 months has been fulfilled and the funds that have been allocated by the Company for the Purchase of Shares have expired or SIDO has decided to stop the Purchase of Shares if deemed necessary.

SIDO's management added that financing for this corporate action will not have a significant impact on the decline in the Company's revenue, because until now the Company still has working capital and adequate cash flow for its operations.
