JAKARTA - A property and construction company from Indonesia, namely PT Risjadson Land, together with its strategic partner AlQilaa International Group from Qatar, collaborated with the China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) to support the development of the One Million Vertical Residential Investment Project.

This project is part of the 3 Million Houses Program initiated by the Indonesian government and is the result of a collaboration between AlQilaa and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or PT KAI.

AlQilaa together with PT KAI have launched cooperation in the construction of 50,000 vertical housing units which will be developed on PT KAI's land as part of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area on Wednesday, September 17.

This project is in the form of vertical housing developed carrying the smart tower concept, integrating modern technology with various supporting facilities such as schools, playgrounds, communal spaces, and smart residential systems to create better quality of life for residents.

President Director of PT China Communications Construction Engineering Indonesia (CCCEI), Zhang Hua Ping, who represents the CCCC Group in Indonesia, stated that it is ready to present global technical and technological expertise to ensure that the project is completed on time with high quality.

CCCC itself is one of the four largest construction and infrastructure companies in the world, with experience working on hundreds of residential projects in various countries, including China, Singapore, Malaysia, and others.

In Indonesia, CCCC has been working through its subsidiary since 1996, with a project portfolio worth more than $2 billion, including the Suramadu Bridge, Palembang LRT, as well as ports and other strategic infrastructure.

CCCC through CCCEI also invests in the development of the Makassar 'Parepare Railway project in South Sulawesi, through the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (PPP) scheme.

PT Risjadson Land's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Stefan Mahir, revealed that this collaboration combines forces from various parties such as AlQilaa's ability to develop international projects, world-class technical expertise from CCCC, and PT Risjadson Land's vision of utilizing modern technology.

Net Zero ModForm itself is a Industrialized Building System (IBS)-based modular construction system, which allows controlled building component production before being assembled on site, so that the system is able to significantly reduce construction and carbon emissions waste.
