JAKARTA - Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya believes the creative industry can become a new engine for national economic growth towards Indonesia Gold 2045.

Riefky added that events such as IDW 2025 aim to make Indonesia's creative industry more developed to display the creativity of designers, architects, and creative industry players.

In addition, he continued, IDW 2025 can increase the capacity of creators and competitiveness of Indonesia's creative industry, especially in product, architectural, and lifestyle design sub-sectors, through a series of innovative and collaborative activities.

IDW 2025 presents exhibitions, interactive design workshops, inspiring talk shows, product launches, and professional networking sessions for the creative community and the general public.

He also ensured that support from the government and the private sector through hexahelix collaboration ensured that designers and creators could collaborate, expand market access, and deliver impactful innovations.

Meanwhile, IDD CEO Ipeng Widjojo added, IDW 2025 is a concrete platform for the development of creativity and synergy at a practical level because displaying various designs can be a reflection of identity, story and innovation that connects local culture with the global stage.
