JAKARTA - Minister of Trade (Mendag) Budi Santoso revealed that his ministry's budget continues to decline.

The Ministry of Trade's budget for 2026 also decreased by Rp200 billion compared to the previous year.
"The Ministry of Trade received a Budget Ceiling of Rp. 1,400,364,230,000," he said.
Budi said the budget consisted of three programs, namely a domestic trade program of Rp. 34.46 billion, a foreign trade program of Rp. 88.90 billion, and a management transportation program of Rp. 1.27 trillion.
The Budget Ceiling for the Year consists of a pure rupiah allocation of Rp1.35 trillion or 96.82 percent and a non-tax state revenue allocation of Rp44.53 billion or 3.18 percent.
