Arief Kurnia Replaces Arief Setiawan As President Director Of PGN

JAKARTA - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) has reshuffled the board of commissioners and directors of the company.

The decision of the EGMS based on around 77.98 percent of the voting results of the shareholders who attended determined changes to the Company's management by removing Arief Setiawan Yandoko and replacing Arief Kurnia Risdianto as the main director.

Meanwhile, Mirza Mahendra, who is currently the Acting Director of Strategy and Business Development, is currently the Director of Downstream Oil and Gas Business Development at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Meanwhile, in the board of commissioners, shareholders appointed Deputy Minister of Law Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej; Golkar Party politician Rambe Kamarulzaman, Deputy for Administration of Cabinet Secretariat Thanon Aria Dewangga as commissioner. Kmedian appointed former Chairman of the North Sulawesi Gerindra DPD Conny Lolyta Rumondor and Gerindra Party politician WidjonoHardjanto to be commissioners and independent commissioners of the company.
