JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has completed the construction of the IKN Toll Road Section 3A Karangjoang KKT Kariangau along 9.275 kilometers (km) ahead of the targeted schedule in December 2025.
The project is now entering the Provisional Hand Over (PHO) stage and is ready for operational testing.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Adjib Al Hakim said that the completion of Section 3a will greatly affect mobility.
