JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) reported that there were additional power plants from New Renewable Energy (EBT) from January to June 2025 of 876.5 Mega Watt (MW).
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia said, previously at the end of 2024 the total capacity of green plants was recorded at 761.9 MW. Thus, there was an increase of 0.6 percent.
With this green plant, the total capacity of EBT plants in Indonesia has reached 15.2 Giga Watt (GW).
"(Up) 0.6 percent from 2024, that's roughly. This is an installed capacity," said Bahlil, quoted on Tuesday, August 12.
