JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) represented by the Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Yuliot Tanjung, held a meeting with the Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas on Thursday, August 7.
When met by reporters at the Office of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Yuliot said the meeting discussed the improvement of the regulations needed to support better energy sector governance.
"So, with the Minister of Law, there are many regulations for improving governance that we are discussing," said Yuliot, Friday, August 8.
According to him, strengthening regulations and improving governance need to be done considering the large number of sectors in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
"So, we are doing improvements to governance, so it requires regulatory improvement. That's what we discussed with the Minister of Law yesterday," continued Yuliot.
