JAKARTA - The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) is ready to hold the 2025 Industrial Festival.
The Industrial Festival is an annual strategic agenda aimed at bringing the industrial world closer to the younger generation of Indonesia.
"In fact, this activity is not only a forum for the development of creativity and innovation, but also an important momentum to strengthen the collaboration of the younger generation in advancing the national industry," said Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Industry Alexandra Arri Cahyani at a press conference at the Ministry of Industry Building, Jakarta, Monday, July 28.
Later, the holding of the Industrial Festival will collaborate with two big agendas, namely the Batik Nusantara and Halalindo 2025.
The Industrial Festival Collaboration with the Nusantara Batik Title will take place from July 30 to August 3, 2025 at Pasaraya Blok M.
This festival carries the tagline #BATIKRIZZ which emphasized that batik is not just a cultural heritage, but also part of today's creative industry that upholds innovation, digitization and sustainability principles.
Various interesting events have been prepared in a series of Industrial Festivals collaborating with GBN 2025, including Public Lectures with the Minister of Industry with the theme Membatik Mind: Mindfulness which will be attended by 250 participants from various universities and communities.
The event is expected to inspire the younger generation to face the future and make batik a local identity remain relevant on the global scene.
In addition, there will be talk shows community engagement which will discuss the innovation of the batik industry through a sustainable fashion approach and the use of technology.
The festival will also be enlivened with the Creative Content Competition and the launch of the Industrial Mascot Competition open to the public to design a mascot that represents the spirit of Indonesia's 4.0 industry.
It does not stop there, the Industrial Festival will also be present at the Halalindo 2025 event which will take place on September 25-28 2025 at ICE BSD, Tangerang.
According to Alexandra, the collaboration aims to introduce innovation and the great potential of the Indonesian halal industry to the wider community.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Industry will also hold Public Services on Location as a form of a direct public service approach to the community.
