JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) has made a strategic achievement through its involvement in the construction project of the RSPON Building Prof. Dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta, which will become a center of international standard neuroscience and services, namely the National Institute of Neuroscience (INN).

This prestigious project is a collaboration between PTPP and WIKA, and has reached 100 percent progress as of June 30, 2025 with a contract value of IDR 1.03 trillion (including VAT).

The construction of this new building aims to increase the capacity and capability of the National Brain Center Hospital (RSPON) in dealing with neurological diseases and to become a world-class research and neuroscience center.

This project fully supports the government's initiative in realizing Indonesia Towards Brain Decade' a strategic step to make Indonesia the center of neuroscience excellence in Southeast Asia.

The Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Budi G. Sadikin, who was also present at the soft launching ceremony for the operation of the hospital, was present to positively welcome the completion of the construction.

- Service Building: Area 0.032.000 m2 (1 basement & 12 floor)- Parking Building: Area 0.03.000 m2 (1 basement & 12 floor)- Education Building: Area 0.000 m2 (1 semi- standing & 12 floor)

Where there are room facilities for emergency rooms, SCU, HCU, ICU, and LINAC Radiotherapy (Linear Accelerator) and CT Simulator. PTPP Corporate Secretary Joko Raharjo explained that the three buildings were designed to be integrated, both with each other and with the old hospital building, to support the smooth operation of medical and educational services.

PTPP continued, Joko also presented construction innovations in this project, including the use of an efficient semi-panel practical boxing system and accelerating structural work, as well as the installation of main fences for automated system-based projects to support the security and modernization aspects of project areas.

The material facade in this project, said Joko, also reflects technological and aesthetic advances, with a combination of glass material, aluminum,enetics (Aluminum Composite Panel), to printed GRCs, making the building look more modern and iconic.
