PT Vale Indonesia's Head of Corporate Communications, Vanda Kusumaningrum, said that the implementation of the EGMS had actually fulfilled all the provisions as stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations, including decision-making mechanisms and procedures for the use of shareholder rights in accordance with the Order of Meetings.
However, the agenda planned in the EGMS cannot be determined because the attendance quorum cannot be fulfilled as required in the Company's Articles of Association and regulations in the capital market sector.
"The company will reschedule the EGMS at a later time to be informed, while still referring to the provisions of the applicable law and regulations," said Vanda, Saturday, July 19.
Vanda ensures that all organizational functions and strategic directions of the company continue to run effectively under the leadership of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners who are currently in office.
