Directors And Commissioners Of Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara Dirombak, Here's The Complete Composition

JAKARTA - PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara (Persero) announced the composition of new commissioners. The composition of the company's leadership was determined based on the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

In the reshuffle, a total of three people were appointed as new commissioners. First, there is the name Basri Kinas Mappaseng, who was appointed as Independent Commissioner.

Basri was previously recorded as a Legislative Candidate (Caleg) of the DPR RI for the DKI Jakarta Electoral District 2 from the Gerindra Party in the 2019 Election.

Apart from Basri, there is Yudi Nurul Ihsan who was appointed as Commissioner along with I Nengah Putra Winata. Meanwhile, Eko Djalmo Asmadi, who previously served as Commissioner, was appointed as President Commissioner.

Meanwhile, in the board of directors there are also three new names. They are Surya Lung as Director of Operations, then Geraldi Tobing as Director of Finance, and Puput Prihadi as Director of Business, Strategy, and Risk Management.

The GMS also decided that Kharisma Febriansyah will remain in the position of President Director, and Jusarwanto will be appointed as Director of Human Resources and Consultant of Work.

"The appointment of this new line is an important milestone for Agrinas Jaladri's journey as a company that has just transformed and has a big mandate in the development of the Indonesian fisheries sector and construction consultants," Kharisma said as quoted from an official statement, Tuesday, July 15.
