KAI Kasih Discounts Train Ticket Prices 30 Percent Until The End Of July, Don't Run Out

JAKARTA - The 30 percent discount program for commercial economic train tickets from PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is still ongoing until July 31, 2025. The public still has 20 days to take advantage of this saving journey.

KAI Vice President Public Relations Anne Purba said that as of Friday, July 11, 2025 at 09.00 WIB, 2,648,993 tickets had been sold out of a total of 3,529,612 seats from June 5 to July 31, 2025, or the equivalent of 75 percent occupancy.

"Setting discount tickets can be done easily through the Access by KAI application and the official booking.kai.id website. All processes are certainly carried out digitally and safely," said Anne in an official statement, Friday, July 11.

Anne said this discount program is a mobility stimulus designed by KAI so that people can still travel at affordable prices for work purposes, school holidays, as well as other social and economic activities.

Furthermore, he added, this program was attended not only for price promotions, but part of KAI's real contribution to the national economic recovery.

Anne said this program is in line with Asta Cita Pemerintah, especially in supporting equitable development and strengthening inter-regional connectivity.
