JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) recorded that the number of active Livin' by Mandiri users had reached 31.6 million with a total transaction frequency of 1.8 billion times and the transaction value reached IDR 1,744 trillion, growing 12 percent year on year (yoy) until May 2025.
In line with this, Bank Mandiri officially launched the latest appearance of the Livin' by Mandiri application which can be used by customers on June 16, 2025.
Bank Mandiri Director of Information Technology Timothy Utama explained that this update is part of the company's commitment and strategy in responding to the challenges of developing increasingly complex features by focusing on improving the user experience.
According to him, this update is designed to provide a simpler but comprehensive interface design, in order to make it easier for customers to manage various financial products and services through one application.
"With the addition of features that we present in Livin' by Mandiri, the next challenge is how to bring them to remain simple, efficient, and easily accessible," he explained in an official statement, Monday, June 16.
Timothy said that through this update, customers can access all financial needs that work together in one view, with more intuitive and personal navigation.
Meanwhile, the Livin' by Mandiri application has more than 150 features, ranging from interbank transfers and between countries, bill and shopping payments, loan applications, to investment product purchases such as mutual funds, retail SBN, and stocks. All of these features are available in one application with an adjustable view according to user preferences.
In this latest version, customers can monitor their financial portfolios starting from savings, deposits, investments, to loans in real-time directly from the main page.
