JAKARTA - The BUMN Foundation inaugurated the DITIRO Impact House, a new initiative designed as a center for collaboration and open space for cross-sectoral social innovation. This house is a symbol of hope for a stronger collaborative ecosystem to be built, involving the government, community, business world, philanthropy, and society.
DITIRO is not just a name, but a representation of a big vision. As an acronym of Dialogue, Innovation, Transformation, Inclusion, Relations, and Orchestra, DITIRO reflects the spirit of collaboration and social change. DITIRO's Impact house became a space for ideas, networks, and actions where diversity was embraced, synergy was orchestrated, and real impacts were shared.
One of the inauguration of the DITIRO Impact House was marked by the holding of the inaugural An Exclusive Multi-Sector Dialogue for Multiplying Transformation Impact, a strategic forum that became the first step in building a tradition of open, equivalent, and sustainable dialogue within the DITIRO Impact House. This forum became the initial space to bring together cross-sectoral thinking and explore concrete collaborations for the more inclusive and empowered future of Indonesia.
"Today we have inaugurated our inspirational house at the BUMN Foundation, a big step so that we can explore the potential for collaboration and have a more real impact than in previous years. If we move, then move towards a better one. And this is part of the hijrah," said Rachman Ferry, Secretary of the BUMN Foundation, in his statement, Thursday, June 5.
At the same moment, the BUMN Foundation also launched the State's Best Thought Program (PTN) 2025, a national movement to find, foster, and encourage the growth of social entrepreneurs, young innovators, and communities to impact all over Indonesia.
In 2024, the State's Best Thoughts program will not only distribute grants to selected social entrepreneurs, but also encourage the formation of strategic partnerships with the BUMN ecosystem and the private sector, which are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A number of participants have even succeeded in obtaining venture funding from within and outside the country, strengthening the potential for scalability and expanding the impact of their innovation transformation for Indonesia.
"We want each participant not only to receive financial support, but also relevant assistance, access to strategic networks, and a stage to expand its impact. Because we believe, major changes always start from one small step, from one idea that is believed to be, then fought for together," said Syafuan, Chairman of the BUMN Foundation.
