AYLS Shares Predicted To Be Gacor, Palm Oil Population In Indonesia Is Still Wide Open

JAKARTA - Indonesia as a natural resource-based country, which allows the plantation sector to become a contributor to state revenues. Of course, this is an opportunity for companies in the plantation sector, both BUMN and private, to be able to grow in the future.

LBP Enterprise founder Lucky Bayu Purnomo explained that the apriusiness sector is the prima donna in Indonesia. This is because Indonesia is a resource based country.

According to him, being a prima donna can have a positive impact on stocks engaged in the agribusiness sector, one of which is PT Agro Yasa Lestari Tbk (AYLS).

He predicts that the share price of the palm oil issuer will test the lowest level lifted by 64 per share, and Lucky is confident that he can penetrate the level of 129 per share.

"This is fair value in the long term, which means this is a reasonable price if we look at it in the long term. Likewise, we can see from the current figure, how fair value is in the condition of correction or weakness," he said in a written statement, Tuesday, May 27.

Lucky added that the factors that encourage the movement of AYLS' share price in the long term can be at the level of 129 per share because the palm oil population in Indonesia is still wide open. That way, the company can be more expansive in carrying out corporate actions.

"With a very wide coverage of land, this company should be more aggressive in carrying out corporate actions, more aggressively carrying out restructuring to achieve attractive fundamental values," he concluded.

However, Lucky also reminded investors to be more careful and careful in managing the stock portfolio in the sector. This is because the apribusiness sector can be said to be a defensive sector.

"So this will determine how the portfolio structure of investors who want to see three dimensions of time, short term, medium term, long term," he concluded.
