JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI), a subsidiary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) noted, the progress of the Pekanbaru Ring Road construction has reached 50 percent until April 2025.

The Pekanbaru Ring Road itself is part of the Pekanbaru Rengat section in the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) network.

"As of April 2025, the project's physical progress has reached 50 percent of the total length of 30 kilometers," said Director of Operations III of HKI Aditya Novendra Jaya in a written statement, Wednesday, May 21.

The scope of HKI's work on the Pekanbaru Ring Road project, namely the construction of toll road bodies, two river bridges, one set of rest areas, toll offices and three toll gates which are currently being accelerated in the field.

According to Aditya, this project is not only aimed at building connectivity infrastructure, but also providing social and sustainable benefits for the surrounding community.
