Erick Thohir Appoints Rivan A Purwantono As Director Of Jasa Marga

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir appointed Rivan A Purwantono as President Director (Ditut) of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.

The appointment was decided at the Jasa Marga General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

Rivan replaces Subakti Syukur in the position of President Director. Previously, Rivan served as President Director of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero).

"The company also approved changes to the nomenclature and determination of the ranks of Commissioners and Directors based on the AGMS decision," Jasa Marga Corporate Secretary and Chief Administration Officer Ari Wibowo said in an official statement, written Thursday, May 8.

Apart from Rivan, in Jasa Marga's Board of Directors there is also a new name, namely Yoga Tri Anggro who was appointed to occupy the position of Human Capital and Transformation Director. Previously, this position was occupied by Bagus Cahya Arinta.

Apart from the board of directors, shareholders have also overhauled almost all Jasa Marga's board of commissioners. Only the name Seppalga Ahmad was not replaced as an Independent Commissioner of Jasa Marga.
