JAKARTA - PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) plans to propose a final dividend distribution of IDR 180.2 billion for the 2024 financial year, or equivalent to a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 22 percent of the 2024 net profit.
The proposal for the distribution of the final dividend will be submitted at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in June 2025.
"It is proposed that in the upcoming AGMS the amount is IDR 147.64 billion or the total for the 2024 financial year will reach IDR 180.2 billion, or a total of IDR 11 per share, including the dividend figure previously paid," said SMDR President Director Bani M. Mulia quoting Antara.
Bani explained that the final dividend was included in the interim dividend of Rp32.8 billion which had been distributed by the company on August 28, 2024.
