Samudera Indonesia Will Propose Final Dividend Of IDR 180.2 Billion

JAKARTA - PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) plans to propose a final dividend distribution of IDR 180.2 billion for the 2024 financial year, or equivalent to a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 22 percent of the 2024 net profit.

The proposal for the distribution of the final dividend will be submitted at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in June 2025.

"It is proposed that in the upcoming AGMS the amount is IDR 147.64 billion or the total for the 2024 financial year will reach IDR 180.2 billion, or a total of IDR 11 per share, including the dividend figure previously paid," said SMDR President Director Bani M. Mulia quoting Antara.

Bani explained that the final dividend was included in the interim dividend of Rp32.8 billion which had been distributed by the company on August 28, 2024.

For per share, the company's final dividend is equivalent to IDR 11 per share, the details of the interim dividend of IDR 2 per share plus will be proposed in the AGMS amounting to IDR 9 per share

Akan disampaikan dalam AGMS mendatang, InsyaAllah tanggal 30 Juni 2025 sebesar Rp9 per lembar saham dan akan menjadi Rp147,4 miliar tambahnya. Total dividendnya menjadi Rp11 per lembar saham atau Rp180,2 miliar, ujar Bani.

During the first quarter of 2025, the company posted revenues of 181.2 million United States (US) dollars, or an increase of 16 percent year on year (yoy) compared to the same period the previous year.

The company's EBITDA rate was recorded at 48.6 million US dollars in the first quarter of 2025, with a net profit of 15.5 million US dollars or a 52 percent (yoy) growth compared to the same period the previous year.

The company's total assets were recorded at 1.3 billion US dollars in the first quarter of 2025, with equity of 745.6 million US dollars and long-term debt of 198.3 million US dollars.

Previously, the company posted revenues of 737.4 million US dollars throughout 2024, with a net profit of 49.6 million US dollars.
