JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid launched land and tax data integration in Tangerang City at the Tangerang Mayor's Office, Banten, today.
Nusron assessed that Tangerang City was the first region to launch the program in Banten Province.
"Alhamdulillah, this is Banten Province, Tangerang City, the first has been integrated, between data and NIB. NIB is the Identification Number, the certificate number is ladies and gentlemen with the Tax Object Number (NOB)," said Nusron at the location, Wednesday, April 30.
With the integration of data between land and taxation, it will later be known whether the certificate owner is in arrears in tax payments every year.
In addition, it serves to minimize mistakes between the area of land in land certificates and those listed in the Land Building Tax (PBB).
"My land is in a (wide) 2,000 meters certificate, how come it's 1,500 in the UN? Well, it will be discovered later when I have integrated the data. On the other hand, my land is 2,000 meters, how come the PBB is expensive? It turns out that the PBB is recorded at 3,000 meters, so it is overpaid. With integration like this, it will be transparent later," he said.
He added, this also includes if the public will carry out house buying and selling transactions.
This integrated data will be more transparent.
According to Nusron, Indonesia's data is currently in one unit, both planning, spatial planning and maps.
With this system, the community's land will be protected.

It is known that the launch of land and tax data integration in Tangerang City is the second time this has been carried out after previously being carried out in Sragen, Central Java.
"What has been achieved is that it is time for one Indonesian data. This is the time for one data, one map and one special planning or one spatial planning," said Nusron.
